One of the most important steps in this process is the project start-up phase. During the project launch we are able to gain a comprehensive understanding of your project goals and objectives and ultimately to create schedules, communication strategies and budgets.
The next step for the succesful implementation of the project based on the information collected during the kick-off meetings is the research phase. The research phase allows H&P to enter deeper into the project by organizing follow-up meetings and further information gathering as well as field investigations.During the research phase we are also able to identify all challenges and to develop solutions before the implementation phase.
The design phase is a very important stage in the project process. During the design phase we develop equipment and system requirements, flow-charts, select the necessary resources, develop plans for the milestones and prepare functional requirements, requirement specifications and project documentations. The collected information that was gained in the start, research, planning and design phase will flow into the preparation of the final work packages and budget.
During the construction phase we follow the requirements and specifications that were developed during the planning and design phase and work together with customers to ensure the required project deliverables.
The delivery is first verified in accordance with the agreed specifications and passes all required testing procedures. For each test a test release associated with a test protocol will be provided. The relevant documentation and testing protocols are included.
