RF development engineer
Radar system design and antenna development

Your tasks:

• Development of a radar transceivers for synthetic aperture radar (SAR)
• Antenna development
• Concept development at system level
• Modeling of components and circuits
• Simulation of complex RF- and electronic circuits
• Specification of the required hardware and software
• Start-up, characterization, optimization and testing of electronic circuits and systems
• Planning and execution of system tests (EMC, Functionality)
• Project management of the entire development cycle and creation of development-related documentation

Your profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering or similar qualification
• Experience in analog and digital circuit technology
• Very good knowledge in simulation-based circuit design (ADS, CST Microwave Studio, MATLAB)
• Sound knowledge in hardware design, simulation, start-up and testing of circuits
• Several years of experience in RF design
• Schematic design and EMC compliant layout
• Programming skills in C/C++
• Knowledge of radar signal processing are an advantage
• Knowledge of SAR algorithms are an advantage
• Willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation
• Good knowledge of English and German written and spoken
• Structured, independent work approach

Hardware development engineer
FPGA-Xilinx radar signal processing

Your tasks:

• Development of a real-time-signal processing hardware for processing of radar signals
• Concept development at system level
• Modeling of components and circuits
• Simulation of complex electronic circuits
• Specification of the required hardware and software
• Start-up, characterization, optimization and testing of electronic circuits and systems
• Planning and execution of system tests (EMC, Functionality)
• Project management of the entire development cycle and creation of development-related documentation

Your profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering, technical computer science or similar qualification
• Experience in analog and digital circuit technology
• Very good knowledge in simulation-based circuit design
• Experience in design and implementation of FPGA applications with XILINX
• Sound knowledge in hardware design, simulation, start-up and testing of circuits with FPGA and µC
• Several years of experience in the development of electronics
• Schematic design and EMC compliant layout
• Programming skills in C/C++ for FPGA und µC
• Programming skills in VHDL und C#
• Knowledge of radar signal processing are an advantage
• Knowledge of SAR algorithms are an advantage
• Willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation

Software development engineer
Radar signal processing

Your tasks:

• Development of real-time synthetic aperture radar (SAR) algorithms for image reconstruction
• Implementation of the algorithms in a real-time-signal processing hardware (FPGA, µC)
• Development of firmware and graphical user interface (GUI)
• Development of a SAR simulation environment for generating virtual measurement data
• Specification of the required hardware and software
• Planning and execution of system tests
• Project management of the entire development cycle and creation of development-related documentation

Your profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering, technical computer science or similar qualification
• Very good knowledge in the development of algorithms and implementation
• Sound knowledge in the field of image processing and image reconstruction
• Several years of experience in software development
• Experience in design and implementation of firmware and GUI applications
• Programming skills in C/C++, C# and VHDL
• Knowledge of radar signal processing are an advantage
• Knowledge of SAR algorithms are an advantage
• Willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation
